Ever feel like you could use some fresh air and a good chat? Mark your calendars for Wednesday, March 18th at 11:00 AM! I’m starting my first Nature, Natter & Nurture walk, and you’re invited!
So, what’s this walk all about? Here’s the scoop:
- Gentle exercise outdoors.
- A chance to meet new people and have a friendly chat.
- Each walk includes a tip or technique you can use in your daily life.
- Enjoy nature while getting some movement in. Think of it as a workout, but with trees instead of treadmills!
- Connect with others looking to chat and relax. You might just make a new friend!
- Walk away with practical skills that can help in personal and professional situations. It’s like a mini-workshop, but with fewer chairs and more sunshine.
- Feel refreshed and energised after a nice stroll. Nature has a way of lifting our spirits.
- Gain insights that might change how you tackle challenges. Who doesn’t love a good ‘aha’ moment?
- And yes, we’ll aim to start and finish near a café because coffee (or tea) is a great way to wrap things up.
