NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming)

NLP has been called the model of subjective experience and originally developed to model excellence in others and share the learnings to improve others' skills and behaviours.  It continues to evolve as a model as Dr Richard Bandler, one of the Co-Creators of NLP pushes the boundaries about what we are able to use this technology to continue to improve.

Whether you want to become an even more successful person, or whether there are areas of your life you would like to improve.  My role as an NLP Trainer is to pay attention to how you communicate and how you act, and really to notice what it is you may not be doing at that point and whether learning to use new skills and techniques can improve every area of your life.

It may be that I teach you a technique, or get you to learn a new skill to practise at work or home.  Anything that we will do will be tailored for you, as no two people are completely alike.  Whilst there may be techniques and skills that are attributed to NLP, everything can be adjusted to suit you accordingly

As NLP is a model of the world through communication, it makes sense to use this model of the world to teach the subject, as some of this model has been developed around two language models that we call Milton Model and Meta Model.  Actually you use these models already though when you learn to use them on purpose, your quality of communication can improve very quickly.
