Decreasing neck discomfort

Whilst this isn't a video specifically for anxiety, a lot of us may be experiencing a little discomfort from time to time in the body; that coupled with spending a lot of time on our phones, tablets and laptops and this in turn can create a little more neck and shoulder discomfort.
